Bio

Having been recently inspired to make some major life changes I have decided to use this blog as a progress journal / diary / support venue. The transition won't be easy and I am sure it will be marred with setbacks, but I feel having this blog will both be a tremendous help in getting through rough patches, celebrating victories, and will serve as a road map to my journey. In this forum I will brutally honest with myself throughout the process on topics ranging from physical, mental and emotional health, weight loss, muscle gain, fitness and exercise, beauty, self-esteem, motivation and inspiration and anything else related to this life change. Hopefully my friends will be on the virtual sidelines offering much-needed support and encouragement.
